Imagine, A drive-in movie just for bikes! How Dreamy!

Rock for Choice and The Bike Tree Collective Present
The Dreamy Bike Ride 2009!

Our second annual bicycle ride through the streets of Calgary,
ending with a movie screening at Riley Park. Those with a
passion for bikes, activism, performance art, cult movies or
just having fun outside the box are invited to enjoy a
unique outdoor show.

The spectacle will start on Friday June 17th at 9 pm at the
Olympic Rings in Eau Claire Plaza. Everyone is invited to
bring a bike down and participate in a leisurely critical mass
style bike ride through downtown Calgary as the sun sets.
Once it is dark, bikers will be led to Riley Park to watch a
suprise film screening (hint: think cult movies about
cheerleaders...) as well as a few shorts hand picked by
our organizers.

There will be a vegan bake sale, refreshments and free popcorn!
This event is free, fun, and accessible. The Dreamy Bike Ride is
one of many events leading up to Rock 4 Choice 2009, an
annual music festival to raise awareness amongst youth about
sexual health issues.
